Sharlene Carson, RMT
Sharlene joined the Bellesmere team in 1998. Prior to joining the clinic, she worked within the practices of a chiropractor and a medical doctor, where she gained both knowledge and respect for the professions and the role that massage therapy plays in the holistic health of her clients.
Sharlene’s practice focuses on helping her clients understand the language of their body, providing treatment to the individual, not just the specific pain syndrome. She works with a network of varied health practitioners to assist in resolving her clients’ health issues. She has worked with clients of all ages and from all walks of life, including children, athletes, seniors and pregnant women.

Linda Lalla, RMT
A therapist at Bellesmere since 2003, Linda was drawn to massage therapy's personalized and responsive approach to healthcare and particularly appreciates the profession's capacity to provide a positive, often immediate impact on a wide variety of physical complaints.
Specializing in therapeutic and deep tissue massage, she is also trained in Manual Lymph Drainage and NISA (Neuromuscular Integration and Structural Alignment), a connective tissue release technique.
Linda’s work with the New Mother’s Program, at Toronto’s Women’s College Hospital, allowed her to build on her experience in pregnancy, prenatal and infant massage. She is committed to helping mothers, moms-to-be and babies keep their bodies healthy through the benefits of massage therapy.

Janice E McCord, RMT
Janice founded the Bellesmere Massage Therapy Clinic in 1995. Since its opening, the clinic has grown to include a team of Registered Massage Therapists, all having their own unique talents and areas of specialized training.
Janice’s practice caters to a variety of clients, and treatments are tailored to their individual health concerns. Her youngest client was a 3 1/2 pound premature baby and her oldest is 91. She particularly enjoys working with seniors, helping them improve their quality of life through massage therapy as a part of their healthcare regimen.
Understanding how a body needs to be healthy to heal, Janice has a keen interest in nutrition and the role it plays in the client’s overall health. She attends nutrition training courses and seminars regularly. Janice engages the work of a variety of healthcare practitioners to provide complete and complementary treatments for the client’s holistic health (including naturopathic and medical doctors, chiropractors, osteopaths, craniosacral therapists, structural integrators, acupuncturists, reflexologists, psychologists, personal trainers, yoga and pilates instructors).

Debora Morran, RMT
Debora completed her Massage Therapy Diploma with Sutherland Chan in 2000, and worked in their clinic before joining the team at Bellesmere Massage Therapy Clinic in 2002.
Specializing in targeted deep tissue massage, Debora enjoys helping her clients achieve optimal health through various massage techniques to address chronic and severe conditions often related to their neck, jaw and shoulders.
In addition to traditional therapeutic and deep tissue massage, Debora is also trained in Myofascial Release and NISA (Neuromuscular Integration and Structural Alignment), a connective tissue release technique. She is currently studying Craniosacral Therapy, a form of osteopathic treatment, focusing on injuries to the bones of the head and the spinal column.

Shaona Chatterjee, RMT
From Canada to Dubai to India, Shaona’s international training and experience has led to apply a truly global approach to healing the body through the practice of Massage Therapy and Reiki.
Shaona joined the Bellesmere team in 2005 after graduating with Honours in Massage Therapy from Elmcrest College.
In addition to her extensive experience in Massage Therapy techniques, Shaona also utilizes her expert knowledge of Psychosomatics (Body Psychology), Aromatherapy, Reflexology and Ayurveda to provide a holistic experience for her clients. Her client base spans between the ages of 9 months to 87 years.
