Tiffany Stern, RMT

I started my training as an RMT in late 2007 after being involved in a major "slip and fall" accident. Î knew I wanted to be a massage therapist well before this, but after going through the traditional health care system, I wanted to become more informed with other options in healthcare and a holistic approach to healing).

After receiving my massage therapy registration in mid-2010 I began work at a rehabilitation clinic. While there I worked with clients of all ages treating people with a variety of conditions including: sprains, strains, whiplash, chronic pain, carpal tunnel syndrome and sciatica to name a few. I also worked with a number of pre and post natal clients and their babies as well as treating clients with various cancers and relieving the associated scar tissue adhesions. At the same time I also worked part-time in a spa environment providing relaxation focused massages including hot stone, scalp and general Swedish massage.

These experiences have given me a rounded approach to healthcare and rehabilitation of which I am happy to bring to Bellesmere Massage Therapy Clinic.
